Thermoforming machines
A complete range of thermoforming machines specifically designed for the customer’s specific needs in terms of packaging, productivity and packaging engineering.
Customers always have a unique machine based on their specifications and are not required to compromise to fit their ideas to predefined models.
Each of the thermoforming machines is built with a heavy-duty steel frame to which the various stations are attached.
The forming and welding chambers are strictly aluminium made of solid piece, operated by electric or pneumatic systems
We create machines for flexible or rigid film with a base width of up to 900μm.
Each package is fully customizable in terms of size and shape.
Packaging can include vacuum sealing, modified atmosphere and skin only.
Internally we manufacture cross and longitudinal cutting systems for flexible or rigid film, as well as cutting to shapes for maximum packaging customization.
Flow pack machines
A complete range of Horizontal Form Fill Seal ( HFFS ) machines which are capable of packaging a wide range of both food and technical products.
They are reliable, easy to use and maintain, making them an excellent ally for medium/large production volumes.
They come equipped with a state-of-the-art PLC with temperature control, built-in diagnostics, memory recording for different formats and a multifunctional and multilingual touch screen.
The structure is entirely made of stainless steel and allows this machine to be easily used in humid environments.
