PAPERSEAL ® : Revolutionary, ecological and sustainable
PAPERSEAL® is a revolutionary, eco-friendly container made from pure cardboard (FSC certified) that has been cut to a suitable shape and then moulded.
It is laminated with a high oxygen barrier film ( Liner ) suitable for a wide range of applications: modified atmosphere , skin , oven ( mw or conventional )
Compared to traditional containers, this new packaging allows a reduction of plastic by about 80%.
The thin inner film ( liner ) can be easily removed from the packaging and disposed of separately, ensuring efficient recycling.
100% of the cardboard can be recovered
It provides Aticelca grade B recycling certification that allows the packaging to be disposed of in containers intended for paper collection.

A single package that offers a minimal environmental footprint and this is due to the excellent laminating process that creates a perfect bonding surface with the top film.
Offset printing on the entire surface of the container, inside and outside for a 360-degree communication that meets the needs of each customer.
Its design provides a flat surface on the container rim for absolute sealing with the top film and excellent sealing especially necessary in modified atmosphere applications.
Special Paperseal® cook class for heat stress ( reheating and baking ) in microwave ( 800W , 3 minutes ) or conventional ( 180° for 40 minutes )
