Defrosting systems

We guarantee a perfectly uniform temperature in all parts of the chamber, with reduced weight loss of the product throughout the defrosting cycle, which ranges from 12 to 36 hours depending on the size of the product.

The systems consist of detectors inserted into the core and on the surface of the product and are used to monitor temperatures and changes in environmental conditions in real time and, consequently, to regulate the operation of the system.
