Measurement of transpiration rate

The Fast Respiration Meter , a vital device for accurately measuring the respiration rate of fresh fruit and vegetables It allows the punching patterns on the package to be adjusted to match the specific respiration rates of different types of produce.

Measure the respiration rate of fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers in four hours The innovative and patented transpiration meter enables you to respond effectively to seasonal variations and determine the required optimal transmission for your packaging.
It measures oxygen consumption as well as carbon dioxide and ethylene production.
The optional ethylene sensor helps predict the curing speed of batches of raw materials, which is important information for inventory management.
Combined with packaging and film specifications, the data is converted to the number and size of laser punches required to extend shelf life.

The oxygen control system

The ultimate O2Control gas release system for vertical, horizontal and flow packing machines.
It combines food grade compressed air, carbon dioxide and nitrogen to achieve the desired gas mix achieving accurate and consistent O2 and CO2 levels with less than 0.5% variation between packages.
The patented system with intelligent gas mixing/flow software features three oxygen sensors that ensure that the pre-gas release takes place in the tube until the desired gas mixture is achieved.
After that, packaging starts with accurate and stable concentrations of O2 and CO2.
Settings are automatically adjusted to ensure a maximum deviation of 0.5% in O2 levels; the packer stops if O2 levels are too high or too low and, in addition, even if the packer has to be stopped frequently due to product shortages, O2 and CO2 levels remain constant.
When the packing machine is switched off, the gas flow will be automatically terminated.
The result is a significant reduction in gas waste and a reduction in costs.
Food grade compressed air combined with a carbon filter replaces expensive and less safe O2 gas cylinders, leading to reduced costs and improved production safety.
Production data, sensor data and operator actions are recorded , summarized in a report and accessible online.
Reports can be downloaded for later analysis and local storage.
