Lower Films
A wide range of multilayer flexible films, from 100 to 300 microns thick, suitable for thermoforming machines for vacuum packaging.
They are suitable for perishable chilled or frozen products.
They offer:
- Excellent forming and welding capability with shrink memory
- Excellent vision and clarity
- Oxygen barrier properties depending on the requirement ( e.g. extended lifetime ) : Medium or high barrier
- Capacity for heat treatment up to 90°C/1 hour
- Excellent resistance to high mechanical stress even for deep forming applications
- Transparency or in colour shades ( White / black etc. )
- Recyclability ( specific categories )
- Standard or Jumbo roll size
Upper Films
Wide range of unformed multilayer flexible films from 35 to 96 microns thick , suitable for thermoforming machines ( vacuum packaging ) .
They offer:
- High oxygen barrier for extended life
- Excellent vision and clarity
- Ability for specialised printing in up to 10 colours
- Ability for heat treatment ( e.g. pasteurisation )
- Possibility for easy opening
- Ability for anti-glare property
- Recyclability ( specific categories )
